At &Nuts, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order or request a refund. This policy outlines our commitment to flexibility and customer satisfaction.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our facility.
- Log in to your account
- Go to "My Orders"
- Click "Cancel" for the desired order
Note: Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
Returning Products
Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we generally do not accept returns once opened.
- Report issues within 24-48 hours
- Items must be in original condition
- No returns for opened/partially consumed packs
Is your order out for delivery?
Once your order status changes to "Out for Delivery" or "Shipped", we are unable to process cancellations. Please make sure to request changes as soon as possible after placing your order.
When Refunds are Available
Pre-Dispatch
Full refund if cancelled before your order leaves our kitchen.
Out of Stock
Notification and immediate refund if an item becomes unavailable.
Delivery Failure
Full refund if we are unable to fulfill delivery due to unforeseen issues.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Items bought during clearance/flash sales
- Custom mixes where ingredients were correctly provided
How Refunds are Processed
Refunds are initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
Timeline: Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Substitute: You may also choose store credit or an equal value replacement.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process claims for damaged or defective products, an unboxing video is mandatory. Please record the opening of your package and report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
Bulk & Special Orders
For large volume orders or corporate gifting, customized cancellation and refund terms apply as per the agreement.
